Namaskaar Pant,

Finally, long period of wait and little frustration is over now :) :). I booked 2 BHK flat which exactly fit into my budget.

I remember, when we had discussion in August this year, you told me that till 25 Dec, there are no possibilities. Amazingly, I saw one small add in news paper on 24 Dec evening and finally on 26 Dec morning I booked the flat.

I also checked the legal documentation file from my advocate, he also told me to go ahead with some clarifications. Builder also told me that he will provide what ever documents are required. I am about to start remaining procedures. I will keep you updating as the things proceeds.

like today's is about buying flat
i have saw there are many of them

so make one section of them & like wise this way a new follower & also older people will able to find things faster
